Terms & Conditions

The small print.... but we keep it simple! 

1. Our Secure online payment is via Paypal which simply requires you to register free of charge and payments are accepted with most credit or debit cards to sales@elementsonline.co.uk.  By registering we will not have any details of your card details, paypal is a major internet payment system widely used particularly on Ebay for example and once registered can be used on many other sites or when you visit us again.  If you prefer we can accept Payment through the post with Postal Order or a Cheque with order payable to Elements and ensure you write your details on the back. Send any postal payment to Elements, 11 Penn Lane, Brixham, Devon TQ5 9NR (United Kingdom). 
2. We will receive notification of your order once you have completed your details but please contact us with any questions, all orders are treated with the strictest confidence and all prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
3. We will endeavour to meet your requirements and dispatch your goods as soon as payment is received, generally within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and will be confirmed by email.
4. Prices quoted for each product do not include delivery charges and will have been added at checkout if applicable.  You will have a choice of courier, First Class or local delivery.
5. Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. 
6. Redelivery of your parcel : if your goods are returned to us due to insufficient address detail being supplied by yourself, then you will be liable to pay for redelivery costs. Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to any charges incurred.
7. We will happily ship worldwide! - please contact us for details of postage and delivery times.
8. We are suppliers of all our products and therefore accept no liability for any harm caused by the improper use of the products, or any negative consequences.
